Start with the full ingredient list
“Seven seeds” describes the blend, rather than naming each seed or giving its proportion. Ask for the complete list instead of identifying seeds from a product image. The exact seven seeds in ZIVASHA’s bars still need confirmation for your order.
FSSAI’s labelling rules place ingredients in descending order by weight or volume at manufacture. Reading the list alongside the product description is a more useful comparison than counting how many ingredients appear in the name.

Compare nutrition on the same basis
When comparing bars, check whether the nutrition figures refer to 100 g, one bar or a stated serving. Look at energy, protein, total and added sugars, and fat on the same basis. A small serving and a large serving are not directly comparable.
The word “Nutri” does not supply those numbers. For ZIVASHA’s bars, request the final nutrition declaration; we do not assign protein, fibre or calorie values from the ingredient names alone.

Check allergens before gifting
Our bars contain nuts and oats and are not offered as nut-free or gluten-free. NIDDK notes that oats can have cross-contact with gluten-containing grains. If the recipient avoids an ingredient, confirm the complete declaration rather than assuming a seed-based bar suits them.
250 g or 500 g: what does the size mean?
For these ZIVASHA containers, 250 g and 500 g mean the total net contents, not the weight of a single bar. Ask for the bar count, storage instructions and best-before details for your order. For gifting enquiries, include the number of packs, delivery pincode and required date.
