Thoughtful gifting
How to choose a dry-fruit gift hamper for Diwali
Choosing a dry-fruit gift hamper becomes easier when you compare what the recipient will actually receive. For a family visit, a team gift or a client thank-you, start with the assortment, food quantity and presentation. A few clear questions can turn a favourite photograph into a well-specified enquiry.
The key detailChoose the contents and food weight first, then confirm labels, design, quantity, delivery pincode and required date.
Choose the assortment before the box
Ask which nuts and dried fruits are included, and whether the selection is fixed. ZIVASHA’s Four-Jar Festive Gift lists almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins. The Three-Jar Floral Gift lists almonds, cashews and raisins. Choose around the recipient’s preferences rather than assuming every hamper has the same mix.
Compare net food weight and presentation
Our Four-Jar Festive Gift lists approximately 750–800 g in total; the Three-Jar Floral Gift lists approximately 600–650 g. These are total food quantities, not the weight in each jar. Ask for the confirmed split between varieties and the available box design. If you need empty boxes and jars, request a separate packaging-only quotation.
Read ingredients and allergens
Dry-fruit hampers containing almonds, cashews or pistachios contain tree nuts. Check the full ingredient and allergen information for each item, especially if choosing for someone with a food allergy. FDA consumer guidance recommends reading labels and avoiding the relevant allergens; a decorative gift box cannot establish suitability.

Check dates and storage for the handover
Ask about packing dates, expiry or use-by information, and storage instructions for the selected batch. FSSAI’s labelling guidance covers date marking and storage conditions, including relevant instructions after opening. Plan around when the recipient will receive the gift, and confirm these details instead of assuming one shelf life for every assortment.
